How do I make a Return? 

Once your return is submitted via our online portal here it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. To reiterate, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Shipping Fees
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Worn items
  • Signs of wear, makeup, and or stains.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition and we have received your return. You will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Once your items have been inspected we will ensure a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.

 When will my order ship? 

Once your order is placed its takes 3-5 days business days. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 5-7 business days to ship orders from our warehouse. All Pre-Order items will ship on the day that is listed in description of item.

 Where can I find sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different styles. Size information can be found toward the bottom of the Home page.

How do I cancel my order?

Once order has been processed we do not cancel orders under any circumstances. If you decide you don't want the item that was purchased we can exchange or offer a store credit.
