Return Policy 

Ashley Raye Apparel Studios is committed to providing customers with quality items and the best customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit. We do not issue refunds or cancellations.

All returns must be submitted on our website using the Return Portal within 5 days of receiving your item. All Items needs to be in original packaging, unworn, no stains, and all tags attached. No Exceptions! all returned items are inspected. We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in salable condition. If for any reason merchandise is not in salable condition, we will not be responsible for shipping returned items back to the customer. We have the right to refuse any returns that violates our return policy.  

Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale/Discount, Final Sale or Promotional Items
  • Orders placed using a Store Credit
  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Worn Items
  • Washed Items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear

Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping  unless the order was filled in error or defective.

Return Process

All returns must be submitted using our Return portal only Make A Return. No Returns will be accepted if its returned without being process through our portal.NO EXCEPTIONS! Please make sure to follow all directions in the following email after you have submitted your return. Any item that is returned improperly will be subjected to a restocking fee of 20% or a return denial.

RETURN ITEMS MUST be POSTMARKED no later than 5 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit.

Store Credit

Once we receive your original merchandise, a store credit will be issued only if the merchandise is returned in its original form and meets all return requirements. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive and process your return. Store credits will be issued in a form of a gift card. Store credit expires within 14 days of issued date. Store credits not cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes. All orders placed with a store credit is a final sale.
