Orders ship Standard 2-4 days Business Days, Express 1-2 Business Days. 

Please note, SHOP ASHLEY RAYE is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS ( Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. )
PRE-ORDER items purchased with estimated shipping dates are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy.
We do not ship Sundays, or holidays.
During the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day business will be unavailable.
Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day.
We will continue to ensure your SHOP ASHLEY RAYE order gets to you as soon as possible, however, we do appreciate your patience!

 

Pre-Order Policy.
Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-3 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Purchasing a Pre-Order item amongst other items will delay the delivery of your entire order.
Email us at info@ashleyraye.com if you would like to arrange a split of the order. (Item must be $100+ to split and ship separately)
Please note: estimated shipment dates included in the description of product page are approximate and subject to change.
 

Tracking My Order

Order can be tracked by downloading the "SHOP" app that will be provided with your shipping confirmation email. 

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

All orders IN STOCK leave our location in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via Email automatically. 

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number. 

Missing Your Order?
1. File Claim with USPS
2. File police report (If Stolen)
3. Wait for USPS investigation results.
Ashley Raye Apparel Studio IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Ashley Raye Apparel Studio will assist with further information to help aid you in the investigation if your package has become stolen or lost
CUSTOMER(S) ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS ISSUED.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.
CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
